I was born in Suriname, South America,  raised in Miami, Florida and currently live in Southwest, Georgia.

I went to North Miami Beach Senior High for my freshman year of high school but I transferred to and graduated from Christian Liberty Academy in Paramaribo, Suriname when my family moved back home. After graduating from CLA, I attended Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida where I met my wife. And I am currently attending Georgia Southern University.

I'm majoring in the fully-online Bachelor of Information Technology program at Georgia Southern University, with a concentration in Data Science. But I also have a passion for the humanities: art, literature, philosophy, sociology, history, etc.

I intend to use my Bachelor's degree to push past any "paper-ceilings" that might pose as obstacles in my professional trajectory.

I have 10 years of work-experience in IT: 5 years as a Support Officer for the Department of Justice in Suriname, 3 years as a freelance support tech in the U.S., and finally my current job as an IT Inventory Coordinator for a mid-sized health system.

I love to read, specifically Fantasy and Science Fiction in literature, and anything thought provoking when it comes to graphic novels.
